A Differential-to-Single-Ended Converter Based on Enhanced Body-Driven Current Mirrors Targeting Ultra-Low-Voltage OTAs

In this work, an ultra-low-voltage (ULV) technique to improve body-driven current mirrors is proposed. The proposed employed the performance of conventional differential-to-single-ended (D2S) converters which at these low voltages suffer from a common-mode rejection ratio (CMRR). addition, aims D2S also under large signal swing and with respect process, voltage temperature (PVT) variations, resulting in very distortion, high mirror accuracy robust performance. An enhanced was designed 130nm CMOS technology STMicroelectronics exhaustive campaign simulations conducted confirm effectiveness strategy robustness results. design ULV operational transconductance amplifier (OTA) comparison OTA based on provided. simulation results have shown that allows achieving OTAs CMRR PSRR are 18 9 dB higher than ones obtained topology, respectively. Moreover, linearity improved as by THD, whose value decreased about 5 dB.
